App and admin

The eRizroll app is operated by the owner of the eventshock.ru domain (admin contact: support@eventshock.ru).

How to request account deletion

1. Sign in to your account at https://rizroll.ru or https://riz.eventshock.ru (or open the app and sign in). (Or you can submit a request by email to support@eventshock.ru with the following information: username (starts with @), reason for deletion, and date of submission.)
2. Open this page: https://rizroll.ru/account-deletion (also linked from Settings and the sign-in page footer).
3. Read what will be deleted or retained, then submit a deletion request. You may add an optional note.
4. A admin reviews the request in the admin panel (usually within 30 days).
5. After approval, your account and listed data are permanently deleted. If your email is verified, you receive a confirmation message in your account language (or English).

Data that will be deleted

Profile (name, bio, avatar, cover, status, city), email and credentials, posts and comments you authored, direct and group chat messages you sent, likes, friends and subscriptions, notifications, push tokens, login sessions, encryption keys stored on the server, and communities you solely own (including their posts and messages).

Data that may be retained

Server logs and security backups may be kept for a limited time for fraud prevention and legal compliance. Anonymized or aggregated statistics without personal identifiers may remain. Messages in communities owned by others may be removed from your sender record but the community itself stays. Moderation records about your account (e.g. completed deletion requests) may be kept without restoring your profile.

Retention periods

Active account data is stored until you request deletion. After a confirmed deletion request is processed, personal data is removed promptly (typically within 30 days of the request). Backup copies may persist up to 90 days before automatic purge. Legal holds may extend retention where required by law.
